Mission Statement

 

At NOW WHAT INC, our mission is to Uplift, Educate, and Inspire young men and women(ages 18-24) through educational and vocational training, appropriate resources, and unconditional support.

We assist individuals in adding value their lives by providing service to the community in the areas of Mentoring and Volunteering

How we plan to fulfill our mission is through practical applications of real-world solutions. Job training, academic and skills assessments are some of the many tools that will be used in terms of gauging and engaging the participants. Our goal is to provide an adequate amount of time and resources to those that are reentering society, indigent, and seeking a second chance at life. One of the challenges that young adult face is inexperience . Many of them have never held a job and did not finish school for whatever reason. That does not equate to them being “written off”, nor does it make them a criminal although it may have inadvertly led to some criminal activities

Uplift

to lift up; raise; elevate. to improve socially, culturally, morally, or the like

Family has always been the building block of every nation. That is why are encouraging our men to step up and help “raise” and “elevate” their children.Our Parents has always been our first teachers so it become incumbent upon the parents to be positive role models

Educate

to develop the faculties and powers of (a person) by teaching, instruction, or schooling. to qualify by instruction or training for a particular calling, practice, etc.; train: to educate someone for law. to provide schooling or training for; send to school. to develop or train (the ear, taste, etc.): to educate one’s palate to appreciate fine food. to inform: to educate oneself about the best course of action.
